Ryder McLaughlin, a skateboarder turned actor, broke into the indie film industry earlier this year, starring in Jonah Hill’s directorial debut, Mid90s.

A founding member of skate crew and creative collective Illegal Civilization, McLaughlin, 20, has since become involved in the collective’s ventures into fashion, film and music, and has collaborated with the likes of Kendall Jenner, Tyler the Creator, Frank Ocean and Spike Jonze.
